Cost Centre Services response to “Experience with and perceptions of energy broker services”

June 2015 saw the BMG Research Qualitative Team produce a report for Ofgem entitled “Micro and small businesses’ experience with and perceptions of energy broker services”.

The 31-page report proved an insight into the energy broker business and highlighted some of the issues facing the industry today. Reading the statements from participants we found ourselves agreeing with what they had to say which is why Cost Centre Services strives to be the alternative choice to the usual energy broker. A Successful Recovery of £2,354.77

Chris Binks, our Operations Manager reports that after a sustained campaign covering 15 months, Cost Centre Services was finally successful in recovering £2,354.77 (inclusive of interest) from an energy broker that had made several errors when handling an energy contract.
