You pass us your bills and meter readings
Send us your latest bill (all sides and all pages), along with your most recent meter readings, for all your gas and electricity supplies. If you have more than one site, we need the bills for each individual site. If you’ve had any problems with your energy, make sure you tell us.
We create your Account Validation Report
Your energy use is invetigated and a detailed report of the findings is produced for you, including refunds you're due and opportunities for you to save. Writing your report will take two to four weeks. Remember, there is no charge to you for everything up to this point.
See if you're due a refund
If you’re due any refunds, we’ll deal with your supplier(s) to get them repaid on your behalf, meaning to extra hassle for you. We’ll charge an agreed percentage of the refund, but this is only due once the money has actually been repaid.
When the time comes, we find you the best tariff
We’ll ask a range of energy suppliers to quote for your requirements and write a tender report showing you their energy prices. If you decide to transfer supplier(s), the process is handled on your behalf which ensures billings before and after the transfer are accurate.
